Tourneau is the world’s largest watch retailer. With 18 stores across the United States, it carries over 100 of the top brands, including Rolex, Cartier, Patek Philippe and many more.
One of its stores, dubbed the TimeMachine is the world’s largest watch store, over 16,000 square feet on four levels. Many of the design and graphic elements of this monument to time feature our work.
We developed promotional pieces with incentives and giveaways, all created for the building of the customer database and increasing store traffic. We planned, budgeted and managed the direct marketing program. It included the design, production and implementation of numerous catalogs.
WatchGear was launched as an additional mall-based retail concept catering to a mass audience. We again developed the in-store elements and promotional items to match that consumer.
There were many other areas in which our skills were utilized at Tourneau: tourneau.com, radio advertising, public relations, etc. Our efforts helped grow the business from 6 to 18 stores.
